Who we are?
Dimares is a full service market research agency that carry out effective fieldwork for clients in the Dutch healthcare industry since 2010. Dimares supports you as a partner if you like, which means that we also have the possibility to perform operational tasks for existing projects, like international tracking studies.
We don’t believe in panels. The majority of our clients don’t want professional respondents. They provide us with the names of the target groups where they want to have feedback from. In new markets Dimares will help you to search and gaining respondents. We work for several top ten pharmaceutical companies and we observe the pharmacovigilance- and privacy rules and are familiar with the specific training requirements for the different companies.

Qualitative Research Online
Dimares uses the following methods of data collection in (online) qualitative research: Group discussions and personal interviews. Most of the time we combine these sessions with online questionnaires before and after the session. The dynamics in an online session are significantly different from those in an offline session. One disadvantage of an online session is the lack of non-verbal communication. However, the advantages of an online session are much bigger. Respondents cannot be too dominant or too subservient. The session is not dependent on location, allowing respondents who would otherwise have difficulties in travelling to research locations, to take part in group discussions. Projects that require qualitative research in multiple countries are made easier for the same reason. As well as faster. Additionally, the session’s digital nature has various other advantages: movies, images and sound can easily be introduced into the session. When asked, participants can also present documents themselves.

Dimares assists companies in optimizing its digital strategy through the use of sophisticated market research tools.
